Bukowski in Vienna

Great bar with great staff and atmosphere.I was there with my brother, we came at around 1800, we got a sitting space.Waiter was great, interacting and pleasant.The ambient is not posh posh, so if you like posh places steer clear, it has more of a relaxed underground feeling.The drinks are not cheap, but also not over the top, I was drinking Gin Tonic and my brother was drinking White Russian, we both loved our drinks, Gin Tonic had added cucumber and roughly grounded pepper, I loved it. I will return for sure if I will be around.When we were walking past the bar later on at about 2330 it was packed, so if you want to get a table on a Friday night, come early.

I'll give them another chance eventually. More of a self service place.

Bit tiny and laud inside, but the staff spoke English. they have not so expensive beer compared to rest of Vienna (2.7 euro i paid i think for a 0.3lt beer).

Open till 6am. Great place if you have a long night out. Some bars and places close at 2am or 4am. If you are still motivated for a beer, this is your place to go. Be aware of the smoking in case you don't like it.

Beautiful, chill bar where you can smoke. Happy hour 11-12pm. Definitely the best bartendet(s) in Vienna! We loved it there! :)

It was such a wonderful place. Everyone was really cozy and the service was really nice. Drinks were delicious and the Happy Hour was truly worth it! (2x1 in almost every drink) It wasn't expensive compared to other pubs in Vienna. I would definity go back there again!!!

Seems really good but unable to fully enjoy as too Smokey for us. But this is me and both us do not like smoke if you are comfortable with smoking cigarettes it will be a great place

Awesome bar, with great happy hour deals

The bar is nice, the price pretty cheap. But Be careful about the happy hour, the barmaid can try to scam you. We ordered only 2 glass and he makes 4 glass and asks us to pay for all of them.

It was okay, but the smoking is allowed inside which bothered me a lot. Also the bartenders could be friendlier, as I accidentally split half of my drink at the bar in front of her and would be nice to fill it up but she doesn’t cared at all.

Good place to be with friends or a date during workweek c:They ambience is cozy and the beer pretty tasty. I would recommend Löwenbräu - supergood👌🏼

A smokey minimalistic college crowd pub. It's not very cozy or pretty, but it's open till 6am which is rare in Vienna. So if you're looking for that late night beer, this place will be open.

One of the very few places working until 6 a.m. I totally loved the drinks and the environment.

Great local bar. The only downside is the smokey atmosphere, but this is commonplace in Vienna.

Very poor customer service, the only good thing there is the area.There is no menu to see which drinks they have.The waitress sits with her friends during the shift instead of taking care of the place and the customers. Don't expect anything special.The beer is good, the service is bad. Better go to the bar across the street.

The staff don't understand what you're ordering. The bartender(ess) completely misheard our order and that really put our positiveness at a halt. Everyone smokes in there and every 5-10 minutes people (mostly men) go to the toilet and snort lines of (cocaine).

Reasonably priced drinks and nice outdoor seating area. £3.30 for beer and €2 for wine

This place is a little 'dirty'. If you want something more grungy then this is a great place, small but with a vibe that suits the scene. Upper class it ain't but for a beer and fun you could do worse.

Pleasant, simple, not overcrowded. And the waitresses actually cared a bit about you, in their casual way. A place to visit again.

If you don't care about being treated by (and like) a teenager who is more interested in looking into her mobile and seating with her friends and eat instead of putting attention into the customers, then that is your place. Not my place. In deed I shouldn't be surprised if it's called Bukowski ...

We went there during the happy hour, which was very good because we got what we ordered twice. The waitresses were really nice too.

Really good for young travellers, friendly service and had probably the best winter punch yet.

I am pretty sure that Bukowski would hate it. Otherwise its a totally average bar.

Well known place in Vienna where you can go for beer and wine after everything else closed (open till 6 AM every day). It's still a bar/pub so be prepared to scream your order over the bar counter 😉

Opening hours are crazy! Till 6 a.m. you are able to have a fine party there! Nice folks, nice drinks an nic people!
